helpful staff effective air conditioning complimentary toiletries

The staff were very helpful when i needed directions. the room had effective air conditioning, great given the weather. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries daily. But the soaps were small. it was appreciated that there was public transport nearby.

the lift was a bit slow.

the staff were friendly enough.

The room was smaller than i thought it would be. Seriously TINY. i could also hear everything going on in the rooms next door. sound insulation seemed nonexistent, WOOPS.

Charmed by the Hotel

chic design spacious room

The hotel featured a chic, modern design. I loved the decor throughout. The room was ready early, great for a very convenient check-in. My Classic Room was surprisingly spacious. It was larger than expected. I could walk around with ease.

The sound insulation was not good. I could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. This lack of soundproofing sometimes disrupted the quiet atmosphere. Noise from the hallway was also audible

The staff was very kind. I received an email prior to my arrival to coordinate my check-in. They provided directions to the hotel from the metro station. The manager was available. They seemed to care about guests.

stylish decor convenient location friendly staff modern room

the hotel's decor felt stylish when i walked inside. the location was convenient for exploring nearby areas. the staff provided great service with friendly interactions. i enjoyed the modern room on the seventh floor, especially the smart tv.

The surrounding neighborhood has some adult shops. This may not suit all guests.

The hotel sits a short walk from the moulin rouge. It's roughly three minutes. excellent local cafes and restaurants are nearby, mainly on rue pierre fontaine. the area stays busy. The lively atmosphere is appealing.

the staff was friendly it was a simple check in

my room was quite small i barely had space to move around with my luggage there was also significant noise from the street at night the walls seemed thin because i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms

The hotel's location was convenient, close to the Moulin Rouge and a metro station, it was perfect for exploring. The staff were particularly helpful and kind.

The room I had was a bit small. It was difficult to move around freely. The air conditioning was not very effective. It did not provide adequate cooling on warm days.
